Your learning and assessment is mobile and portable. No more classroom-based, instructor-led sessions that you have to plan around. Your complete program is available to you online from point of enrolment. You control where your learning takes place!
Our program is true to the "flexible delivery" concept. Once enrolled, you are in total control of what, where, when and how you study. You control the pace at which you develop your competency and complete and submit the assessment activities to demonstrate your skills and knowledge. There are no set classes, timetabled sessions or 'due dates' that you have to work around within your enrolment period. It's totally in your control.
On enrolment, you will receive high quality learning and assessment materials to support completion of your program. All resources and materials are current, workplace-relevant, multi-jurisdictional and Training Package compliant to ensure that you have the optimal learning experience. Our learning resources cater to all key audio, visual and kinesthetic learning styles.
You have Trainer support Monday to Friday 8:30 am - 5:00pm (AEST). You can email anytime and one of our team will respond over the next business day, or call 1300 026 163. Once enrolled, you will gain access to our online learning system which houses all the resources you need to complete your qualification or course - from the full learning module itself, to assessment tasks, tools and sample templates, and supporting resources to develop and demonstrate your competency.
