Q: Is my qualification valid in all States and Territories of Australia (Nationally Accredited)?
A: Yes all of Studywell College qualifications are nationally recognised. Visit the national training register www.training.gov.au. In the Quick Search you can enter our RTO title: ELMO Learning, or RTO code: 91742, click search. Click on the "Scope" tab to see our current approved scope.
Q: How long does this qualification take to complete?
A: The course is self-paced so completion times vary for each learner. Regardless of the current duration the maximum a learner can extend a course is 2 years. This is subject to the qualification being current on the national training register www.training.gov.au.
Q: Why is this course so much cheaper than courses offered by other providers?
A: As a totally online company, you work with downloadable learning workbooks and assessment, we do not have to rent classrooms and we pass these savings onto our learners.
Q: How do I enrol?
A: Go to the Studywell College homepage, click “start now” and simply follow the prompts. Alternatively you can call Studywell College and speak to one of the team on 1300 026 163. Once enroled your course is not transferable, and regulated by the policies
Q: Do I receive books and other learning material?
A: All learning material (course content, assignments) is provided on your e-learning portal, you can download, print and save your workbooks should you choose. ELMO does not print or send out copies of the learning resources. The course is completely online! Your qualification enrolment payment covers all learning materials, there are no hidden costs for additional materials.
Q: What is the Unique Student Identifier (USI)?
A: All learners as of 01 January 2015 are required to have a USI, a qualification testamur or transcript cannot be issued upon course completion without a verified USI. Please read the student Information for the Unique Student Identifier (USI), it will tell you who needs a USI and how to get a USI.
Q: How do I contact my trainer or assessor?
A: Trainers and assessors working hours are Monday to Friday 8:30 am – 5:00pm (AEST). You can email anytime, or have a book a quick chat conversation during these hours. If you are unsure of who to contact please email info@studywellcollege.com.au.
Q: What if I get I need help as I study?
A: Your trainer or assessor is here to help you along your learning journey. Sometimes an assessment could be more complex, and you need more than just a quick call, or email. Should you need more detailed assistance your trainer or assessor may offer to book you in for a 15 minute one on one learning support session? Alternatively you can email info@studywellcollege.com.au to book a 15 minute session. These times are fixed due to the number of learners we support, we ask if you are booking a session, that you are prepared, as your trainer or assessor will need to move on to support another learner once the time is over. You can reschedule a time, should it be identified that you need more time.
Q: I need help with Language, Literacy and Numeracy (LLN), who do I tell?

Q: What can I expect of elmoaccredited, and what are my responsibilities while I study my qualification?
A: Studywell College has created a Learner Handbook with all relevant information for your learning journey including our policies and procedure that mandate how we are to operate. It is essential that you read and understand the Learner Handbook, it helps to explain all the requirements of your learning journey, including what you can expect from Studywell College, and what we in turn expect from our learners.
Q: What if I have a question or feedback throughout my studies?
A: Studywell College understand that at time there are curly questions or things that interrupt or confuse the learning journey. When unsure first contact your trainer or assessor to work through your question. Q: How do I know how long I have left to complete my qualification?
A: At the top of your dashboard you have a countdown of time until your course expires. Studywell College will provide an email update every month of what you have left to complete your qualification, we will also contact you 1 month out to advise that your enrolment is about to expire.
Q: What if I need more time to complete my course?
A: Should you wish to have more time to complete your qualification, Studywell College does offer 6 month course extension for a $199, subject to meeting the training package requirements and the enrolment does not exceed any transitions timeframes.
